Better support happens when the whole picture stays in view.
LifeCare Allied Health was created around a simple idea: people don’t experience life in professional disciplines. Communication, learning, behaviour, relationships, sensory needs and emotional wellbeing overlap every day. Our job is to bring clinical expertise together without losing sight of the person in the middle.
Built around how life actually works.
LifeCare began with a frustration shared by many families: support that felt fragmented. One professional for communication, another for behaviour, a third for emotional wellbeing — and a parent left joining the dots in between.
We set out to build something different. A practice where disciplines sit side by side, where collaboration is the default rather than the exception, and where the person and their everyday life stay at the centre of every decision.
We’re based in North Lakes and work with families across the surrounding Moreton Bay communities — in clinic, at home, at school and kindergarten, in the community and via telehealth.

Collaboration should make things simpler.
A child’s challenges rarely sit neatly inside one therapy room. Communication can affect behaviour. Sensory needs can affect participation. Anxiety can affect school. Family stress can influence everything around it.
When the right clinicians are in the same practice, working around shared goals, families don’t have to become the coordination system. We share what matters, agree on what doesn’t, and keep the person at the centre.
We collaborate when collaboration helps — and keep things simple when it doesn’t need to be complicated.
Person first. Always.
We start with the person and their everyday life, not a label. Diagnosis can be useful, but it rarely tells the whole story of what’s happening for someone at home, at school or with friends.
We’re curious about what sits underneath behaviour, communication and participation. We’re practical about what actually works outside the therapy room. And we’re clear with families about what we’re doing, why, and what happens next.
Good support should reduce complexity — not add another layer of appointments, reports and jargon for a family to manage.
Practical, connected, honest.
Families already coordinate school, appointments, work, routines and funding. Our aim is to make therapy clear and practical — connected to what’s important outside the clinic. We coach parents, collaborate with schools, build environmental supports and create strategies that survive a busy household.
Shared goals, fewer handovers.
When a person works with more than one LifeCare clinician, our team communicates around shared goals so support is connected and families aren’t left carrying the whole coordination load. We share what matters, agree on what doesn’t, and keep things as simple as they can be.
What we hold ourselves to.
Person first
The person and their everyday life come before the service.
Clear
Families deserve to understand what we’re doing, why we’re doing it and what happens next.
Practical
Strategies have to work outside the therapy room.
Connected
Collaboration should reduce complexity, not create more of it.
Curious
Behaviour, communication and participation make more sense when we understand what sits underneath them.
Capable
We invest in strong clinicians, thoughtful supervision and high professional standards.
Designed for therapy. Built for real life.
Our North Lakes clinic is calm, uncluttered and flexible — built for therapy without feeling institutional. We work across clinic, home, school, kindergarten, community and telehealth, choosing the setting that best fits the person and the goal.
North Lakes and across Moreton Bay.
We’re proud to support families across North Lakes, Mango Hill, Redcliffe, Kallangur, Petrie, Burpengary, Caboolture and surrounding communities. We work with schools, kindergartens, GPs, paediatricians and support coordinators to make support more connected across the people already in a child’s life.

You don’t need to know which discipline you need before contacting us. Our intake team can help identify the most appropriate starting point.
